The culture is inclusive, supportive and purpose-driven — a place where you can build a career, feel trusted, and genuinely make an impact on work that matters.What You’ll Be DoingAs their Information Security Manager & Assurance Lead, you’ll:Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of information security and assurance frameworks.Oversee risk management, compliance reviews, audits, incident response and the protection of organisational assets.Provide expert guidance on information security, business continuity and disaster recovery.Deliver training and awareness programmes to embed secure behaviours across the organisation.Shape secure system designs and manage supplier risks, ensuring outsourced services meet required standards.Work collaboratively across teams to align statutory responsibilities, policies and governance.Champion innovation and drive positive cultural change in security and assurance practices.What They’re Looking ForYou don’t need to tick every box — they’re looking for someone who brings capability, curiosity and the confidence to lead.
