TECHNICAL ARCHITECH

ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with extensive full-stack experience to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading the architectural design and implementation of our enterprise-grade platform. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in full-stack development, architecture design, and a deep understanding of Azure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design of our SaaS platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and efficient. Develop architectural blueprints that align with business goals and technology strategies.

Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership across all stages of the software development lifecycle. Advocate for best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

Full Stack Development: Design and develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions using Node.js for backend and React.js for frontend.

Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend systems. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the applications.

Security Implementation: Implement robust security protocols and best practices to protect data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers.

Cloud Services: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.

Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, API documentation, and design specifications.

Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Drive continuous improvement in architecture and development practices. Conduct code reviews, lead refactoring activities, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.


REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development. At least 3 years of experience in a technical architect role.
  • MCA/ B.E./ B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering and must have 10 years of experience with a proven track record in technical roles.
  • Proficient experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server/Postgres. Exposure to other non-relational DBs like MongoDB is a plus.

·        Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to design solutions for complex technical challenges.

·        Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

  • Working knowledge of advanced front-end development frameworks and platforms, React knowledge is a plus
  • Very good debugging/troubleshooting capabilities and ability to identify and communicate root causes.
  • Good understanding on secure development practices and proactively codes to avoid security issues.
  • Experience in working on projects public cloud providers like Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud, etc. AWS
  • Architect Certification preferable.
  • Self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight.
  • Good team player with the ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Competencies/Job specification

Excellent hands-On experience in designing and developing applications using technologies like -C#, .NET Core, Microservices, Web API, Azure- Service Bus, Cosmos, AKS, Function Apps ,Azure Pipelines, AppServices.
