Sales Executive

our client is looking Energy Field Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team as an Energy Field Sales Executive, where you will play a crucial role in negotiating contracts, ensuring fair pricing for Gas and Electricity, and fostering strong relationships with businesses across the UK. This position offers comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and engage with businesses via phone and face-to-face interactions to negotiate energy contracts and prevent overcharging.
- Develop and manage your own customer portfolio while providing excellent support services.
- Proactively source leads through referrals, cold-calling, networking (including social media), attending events, and targeted searches.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the company CRM and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Map out territories, manage schedules, and meet sales objectives and targets.
- Represent the company with a professional and presentable demeanor during customer visits and interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in energy sales, field sales, or telesales preferred.
- Target-driven with self-motivation to maximize earnings while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Attention to detail for accurate data management and reporting.
- Ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and maintaining customer relationships.
- Effective territory management and planning abilities.
- Possession of a full clean driving license.
