Green & Fortune - Apprentice commis chef level 2 (One click apply)

This is a level 2 commis chef apprentice role
You will be undertaking the role of a commis chef which includes the following

Preparing ingredients
Processing kitchen deliveries
Discarding expired food
Cleaning the workstations
Assisting other chefs with duties

The apprenticeship will take 13 months to complete
Upon completion you will receive your certificate of achievement and be a fully qualified Commis chef
There may be opportunity to progress onto a Level 3 Chef de Partie
