Youll guide them through complex business processes, requirements gathering, and technology adoptionparticularly in areas such as inventory management, ecommerce operations, and cloud-based systems.Youll work closely with clients through on-site visits, virtual meetings, and detailed reporting, offering insights and recommendations that make a real difference. Youll also mentor junior team members and contribute to internal projects that drive innovation and continuous improvement.Flexibility is keywe offer adaptable working hours to support work-life balance while maintaining client excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct client-facing activities including on-site visits, virtual meetings, workshops, and reporting. Analyse and document business processes, requirements, and workflows. Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption. Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective solutions. Mentor junior and apprentice team members to develop their skills and confidence. Contribute to internal projects and process improvements.
