Under the guidance of the Housing Advice and Options Team Manager, you will conduct thorough housing options assessments and work diligently to prevent homelessness. Key Responsibilities: Carry out housing options assessments with households in need, ensuring that all needs, preferences, and options are considered. Assist customers in preventing homelessness and securing alternative housing solutions. Evaluate complex cases involving tenure rights, financial assessments, and social needs. Maintain effective communication with applicants, representatives, and other agencies. Stay vigilant regarding safeguarding issues and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
