The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer satisfaction and a desire to help others.
Day-to-day of the role:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers, resolving issues with a positive and professional attitude.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer solutions and support.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up on customer interactions, ensuring all their needs have been met and that they have a positive experience.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Competitive salary with annual reviews.
- Structured working hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00-17:00, and Friday 09:00-16:00.
