Cambridge Business Support are working with a non-profit organisation. They are seeking an Administration Assistant to provide crucial support to their teams, ensuring the efficient management of information, support of project activities, and facilitation of knowledge sharing. This role is integral to the effectiveness of the organisation and offers an opportunity to contribute to their mission while deepening your understanding of their programs.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling calls, attending meetings, recording notes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in project and data management tasks, such as electronic filing, administering databases (Salesforce), and updating project management tools like Trello.
  • Support internal and external evaluations by assisting with the review of proposals, developing Terms of Reference, and sourcing documents.
  • Conduct desk-based research and literature reviews to support ongoing research and evaluations.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the team’s objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Desirable:
