PA in HR within a Legal Firm

A top international law firm based close to St Pauls have asked us to find them a Team PA to support their Head of HR and team.

This is a genuine Legal PA role for a proactive, organised and driven Personal Assistant to support the HR Leadership Team, while working closely with the EA to the Chief People Officer (CPO).

A lot of diaries, a lot of scheduling of meetings, interviews and the opportunity to get involved with HR projects and events. It’s an involved role working with a friendly, creative team, quite different to working for lawyers.

They are seeking someone who has been in a similar Team PA role in a law firm (or similar industry) for a HR or Business Services team. Confidentiality is a key given it’s working closely with the HR team so sensitivity is also a must.

PA experience gained in Human Resources is a plus (Law Firm experience is not necessary) but corporate experience is, as is an innate sense of fun, someone who wants the best for themselves and the firm.
