Excellent opportunity to join a leading law firm based in the city as a Legal PA in their Dispute Resolution team on a permanent basis. As a Legal PA, you will play a key role in a high-performing team, supporting fee earners working on complex and high-profile cases. This position offers a stimulating and engaging work environment with plenty of variety.

The successful Legal PA will be joining a firm known for its friendly, supportive and down to earth approach and working environment. They are offering a competitive salary, market leading benefits and hybrid working (2 days a week in the office).

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactive diary and inbox management
  • Booking and organising meetings
  • Acting as a gatekeeper to fee earners
  • Onboarding new clients and matter management
  • Travel arrangements (both national and international) and creating itineraries
  • Liaising with clients directly
  • Supporting with business development
  • End to end billing
  • Document amendments and formatting (house styles) and proof reading
  • Event planning
  • Bundling
  • General administration

Key skills and experience:

  • To be considered for this role you must have experience as a Legal PA/ Legal Secretary
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with those at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills
