The Role:

As a Temporary Health & Safety Administrator, you will be responsible for providing daily administration support to the H&S Manager for the remainder of the project life cycle. This will involve collating data from online reporting systems, interpreting and transferring it to excel, preparing PowerPoint presentations and word documents with the prepared data, updating data to online reporting systems, liaising with project personnel, coordinating meetings, recording minutes, and collating and requesting documentation from different sources.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration, particularly in handling data and using online reporting systems.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to interpret and analyse data effectively.
  • Training will be provided for the EcoOnline and IRIS systems, prior use is not required but would be beneficial.
