Average account penetration is low, refresh cycles are coming, and recurring revenue from subscriptions provides a strong foundation.Your job: proper account management structure, strategic stakeholder engagement, and maximising the £2m+ opportunity sitting in your portfolio.THE COMPANYBody-worn video solutions spanning 40+ countries. Trusted by 70% of UK police forces. Now expanding across retail, local authorities, and commercial sectors. Revenue: £27-30m | Headcount: THE ROLEAccount management role requiring hunter mentality. You'll own 20 retail accounts (£40k-£200k ARR each) where relationships exist, but engagement has been inconsistent. Success means running quarterly business reviews, mapping complex stakeholder environments (Loss Prevention, IT, Security, Health & Safety), identifying expansion opportunities, and hitting £1m revenue target from your portfolio.This isn't passive farming. Some accounts need re-engagement. Some are primed for expansion.
