**Key Account Manager**
**The Role**: The exciting role of Key Account Manager is a new opportunity due to an internal promotion within the business. The Key Account Manager role is working for an instantly recognisable brand within the sanitaryware & bathroom productsector. You will be covering an area across the South of the UK covering the postcode region of: SP, BH, SO, PO, GU, RH, BN, KT, CR, SM, SW, WC, W, SL. In this role, the Key Account Manager will be selling three core ranges of sanitaryware such as sinks, toilets,baths, showers, and taps used in residential & hotel projects across the territory. The Key Account Manager will be focussed on generating specification with Architects, Interior Designers, and Developers on the patch. In addition, there is huge scope to breakexisting specifications and manage that process from cradle to grave.
The Key Account Manager position will see you become a member of a team in the South East of the UK where you will all benefit from dealing with National Contractors & Developers working across your different areas. You will be able to pass leads to yourcolleagues whilst receiving them the other way. All activity targets are geared towards a common sales target which really consolidate their team culture and collaborative working environment.

**We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:
- Have a 'hunter' mentality to sales activity within the construction industry
- A hunger, desire, and passion to find new projects
- Understanding of the sales process within the construction industry
- Clear communicator both written and verbal
- Team player, organised, and have strong sales potential
- Full & Clean Driving licence
**Salary**: Up to £48,000 basic salary DOE + 30% OTE + Car + Pension + healthcare + 25 days holiday
