With advanced expertise, you develop and implement quality assurance protocols, conduct in-depth analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product integrity, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities IncludeQuality System implementation, implement the Quality Management System, designed by the Global Quality team, aligned with the plant goals and local regulatory reequipments.Audit Leadership, lead internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.Continuous Improvement Initiatives, identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and lead cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and process efficiency.Training and Development, deliver training programs to enhance the quality competencies of team members across the plant.What are we looking for?4+ years of experienceFood or packaging backgroundTechnical Certificate or Associate DegreePreferred: Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt) and Food Safety certifications (e.g., HACCP) Technical Proficiency, familiarity with advanced quality tools and software's, including Statistical Process Control (SPC), Minitab, and ERP system, control charts setup, analysis, and interpretationAdvanced Problem-Solving, ability to lead root cause analysis, investigating deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actionsData Collection Systems, familiar with digital or manual quality data entry systems and auditsFood Safety Standards, knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food-contact requirements in can manufacturingNon-Conformance Management: Experience in product isolation, traceability, and documentation processAudit Readiness: Able to maintain records and evidence for internal and external auditsProject Management, capability to lead quality improvement projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and successful outcomesTotal annual salary: £45300Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
