We are currently partnered with a specialist Investment Manager that provides tax efficient investment opportunities to financial advisors.. With a commitment to excellence, the firm support its clients to achieve their financial goals through strategic and well managed investments.


The firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager with expertise within the investment management space to join a dynamic team in Manchester. As the primary point of contact, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building relationships, and providing expert guidance on tax-efficient investment strategies to financial advisors across the North West of England.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for raising capital from financial advisors across the North West of England for a range of EIS, VCT and IHT schemes.
  • Maintaining new business opportunities, whilst working closely with the Internal Business Development team to source new clients across the region.
  • Cold calling and travelling across the region to speak to current and prospective clients.
  • Arranging and attending roadshows/events and acting as ambassador for the firm.


Requirements:

  • 3 year's minimum sales experience.
  • Proven track record dealing with IFA's, offering a range of tax efficient products.
  • Experience working with IFA's in the Northwest.
  • Experience in managing and building relationships with IFA’s.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
