We are now seeking a talented Support Chef to join our fantastic teamYour key responsibilities will include:Working together with our onsite teams to provide support and training Supporting our portfolio of schools to maintain the smooth running of the kitchenTo produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch, and following the companies brand standardsTo comply with all Company policies and regulations in respect of health, safety, and environmental management at work and to ensure the highest standards of kitchen practice and hygieneTake responsibility for menu planning, production levels, food costing, ordering and stock control, as appropriate.Our ideal Support Chef will be:Passionate about food and great customer serviceA fantastic communicator who works well as part of a team.
