Communications ExecutiveWhat we can offer youJob Purpose: You will drive levels of engagement across the business by writing relevant timely and engaging dynamic content.Remuneration: 35000 per annumWork Location: The role can be offered as a home-worker/hybrid position but includes proactive engagement with colleagues and attending the office for meetings.About the roleAs the Internal Communications Executive you will be a pivotal member of the team working closely with the VP Communications. Your focus will be on the company intranet and the future of frontline communications.Your responsibilities will include:Intranet Ownership- Being the owner and manager of the intranet platform including implementing the 2025 revamp (new design/structure) and managing the relationship with the platform provider Lumapps.Content and Engagement -Driving engagement by writing and publishing dynamic content that brings the companys people expertise and business to life.Governance and Training - Implementing governance and compliance for the intranet and building relationships with and providing training to the site editor community.Digital Channels - Supporting the rollout and content plan for the frontline comms app into the International business based on learnings from G4S Connect pilots.Comms Support- Working with the wider team to create a suite of content for the website and intranet (e.g. articles case studies) and supporting communications from the communications calendar including Town Halls for leadership. You will also be a point of continuity fielding urgent communications for senior leaders in the managers absence.Cross-Functional Comms- Supporting the communications needs of various functions such as health and safety ethics and training often devising specific comms programs.What were looking forThis role would be an ideal fit for a graduate or someone with 1 to 2 years experience in a relevant communications role. A graduate degree is ideal.A confident user of technology who can quickly grasp the detailed workings of our intranet platform and other comms channels.
