**Internal Communications Executive** Internal Communications Executive vacancy with a leading professional services firm, to join their central Internal Communication Team. This role would support the communications delivery in a fast-paced team. This is a full-time permanent position. Flexible,hybrid working is offered. **Day to day responsibilities as an Internal Communications Executive**: - Manage and co-ordinate the Internal Comms News Grid and support the monthly Editorial Panel meetings - Plan, create and implement communications using the internal comms channels. This includes: writing, editing and posting Intranet news stories and updates - Create and edit video content - Create and implement Yammer campaigns - Manage the plan for Internal signage - Lead quarterly updates of the Crib Sheet and co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders across the firm - Work with IC Managers to support firmwide campaigns - Analyse the metrics dashboard and develop insights - Management of Internal Comms mailboxes with a lens of delivering a high-quality service - Support IC team to develop their 'Improve' strategy, which looks at how the firm can improve its central communications channels and employee insights - Build a network of key stakeholders across the team and firm and ensure they are informed of activity, progress, challenges, and results - Be an ambassador for the Internal Comms team **Required skills & qualifications for the Internal Communications Executive**: - Enjoys operating in a fast-paced team and is adaptable to working across several projects simultaneously - Committed to ongoing learning and curious to develop new or existing skills or learn about new (digital) channel opportunities - Passionate about effective and creative communications with a focus on the delivery of high-quality service - Good written and verbal communications skills, with excellent copywriting, copy editing and proofreading skills - Motivated by working collaboratively with a variety of teams to achieve success - Regularly shows initiative and shares ideas that enable improvements - Pays attention to detail, especially when juggling a high volume of work - Can be trusted to "get stuff done" and build their own relationships with key stakeholders **Benefits as Internal Communications Executive**: - 25 days' holiday - Access to a personal pension scheme, with matched employer contributions - Life assurance cover - Income protection insurance. **Voluntary Benefits as Internal Communications Executive**: Their flexible benefits platform means you can choose from a range of tax-efficient options to design a benefits package that best suits you.
