Who we are looking for:We are looking for a Full-Time Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (PBS) to join our Positive Behaviour Support Team which provides support and advice to NAS Adult Services in the CS Outreach Centre (Anglo House).This is a Full Time/Permanent position working 35 Hours Per Week from Monday to Friday. The Salary for this role is £27,256.32 Per Annum.The successful candidate will support us in providing a consistent person centred approach in the delivery of high quality services to a wide range of autistic individuals based on the Positive Behaviour Support competency framework.You will support us in providing a consistent person centred approach in the delivery of high quality services to a wide range of individuals on the autistic spectrum using the principles of positive behaviour support.You will have experience of working with autistic people, working with people with a wide range of needs, helping people to overcome distressed behaviours and enabling individuals to overcome barriers in learning and achievement.If you have an interest in supporting people to improve their quality of life, knowledge and experience of Positive Behaviour Support as well as proven experience of working with autistic people then we would like to hear from you
