Risk & Compliance Manager - Legal Sector

Morgan Philips Executive Search has partnered with a rapidly growing independent law firm specialised in insurance and commercial litigation to hire a Risk & Compliance consultant to audit the current company practices, advise on the executive strategy and to manage the execution and implementation of appropriate policy.
The firm, which is 4 years old and has offices in 4 UK locations, has quickly grown to be a market leader in it's sector and is preparing for potential investment and/or acquisition in the coming years.
In order to ensure the business has the correct risk and compliance processes and practices in place, they wish to engage a specialist on a fixed term contract to assess their current situation and help them to change appropriately.
The consultant must have experience rolling out risk and compliance solutions in the legal sector and, though predominantly working remotely, be able to travel across the 4 different sites as is appropriate.
