We are seeking a skilled Ads Operations Specialist to join our client's team as a temporary employee. As a key member of their Global Support Operations (GSO) team, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers on our platform.


Location: UK Remote

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Until 31st December (extension possible) ️

Pay Rate: £25.48 per hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal Monetization Product Testing team to support test campaigns for unmanaged advertisers on the platform, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the entire testing process.
  • Take ownership of testing operations, including recruitment outreach, campaign QA, and performance tracking for multiple projects.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot progress and performance of test campaigns to maintain programme quality and consistency.
  • Respond to incoming requests promptly with superior customer service and judgement.
  • Gather insights to improve our products and help advertising partners achieve their marketing objectives.
  • Actively participate in training and operational meetings, adding value to the team.
  • Identify and implement tool and process efficiency improvements with an analytical perspective.


✨ Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience directly managing advertising campaigns and a deep understanding of success metrics.
  • Proficiency in client-facing communication regarding Facebook Ads Manager and campaign setup.
  • Detail-oriented, computer literate, and tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Experience in research studies such as A/B tests, surveys, and interviews.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-performance team environment.
  • Previous tech experience is a plus.
