We’re looking for a creative, highly motivated, and diligent Advertising and Event Operations Manager to join our expanding team.

Mix Interiors is an award-winning events and media brand that has been helping to shape the commercial interiors industry for the last 20 years.

You will help to design and deliver some of the biggest and most anticipated events in the commercial interior design calendar – including the Mix Awards (formerly Mixology) and Mix 30 under 30, to name a few.

Key responsibilities:

· Help to successfully deliver and grow our award-winning events and advertising portfolio.

· Work with the Head of Operations to streamline the management of online advertising inventory and deliver an excellent ROI for all client campaigns.

· To help create effective workflow automation and customer lifecycle communications.

· You will recommend ways to improve traffic and engagement across all platforms, using data to make better decisions.

· Effective management of CRM and our magazine (Mix Interiors) subscription database.

· General administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day business.

About you - essential skills:

· Excellent communication.

· A meticulous attention to detail.

· Strong project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

· Knowledge of the media and events industry.

· Quick learner.

· Analytical – can make sense of complex data to make recommendations.

· Enterprising and enquiring mind.

· A willingness to contribute ideas and to try new things.

· Team player: friendly, helpful and positive.

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).

Desirable skills:

· Degree educated in business/events management/marketing (or similar).

· Knowledge of, or a keen interest in interior design, design and culture.

· WordPress.

· Experience of using Google Analytics.

· A sound understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
