Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership across the Group's finance function, ensuring robust financial governance and control.Deliver accurate, timely and insightful consolidated reporting for the Board and shareholders.Oversee treasury management, including cash flow, funding, and banking relationships.Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth and operational excellence.Support M&A activity, due diligence, and post-acquisition financial integration.What Experience is RequiredProven track record as a senior finance leader within a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.Strong technical expertise across financial reporting, treasury, taxation, and M&A.Experience leading finance transformation and building high-performing teams.Salary & BenefitsThe role offers asalary of £120,000 , plus an excellent benefits package that includes a generous pension scheme, performance-related bonus, private healthcare, and long-term incentive opportunities.
