Sabre Building Solutions Ltd, an extensively established and trusted company with a reputation for excellence, is expanding its team. We are in search of a Mobile Building Services Engineer who is not only experienced but also dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of maintenance and upkeep. The successful candidate will be entrusted with a vital role that encompasses both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks across our various sites in London, surrounding counties & southern UK.

 

The role is multifaceted, requiring a wide range of skills from electrical troubleshooting to minor plumbing and fabrication. The engineer will ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in line with our stringent company standards, contributing to the overall safety and functionality of the environments we service. Proficiency in using mobile working solutions and office-based programs is essential, as is a full clean driving license.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Carry out planned preventative maintenance activities in accordance with company standards throughout the sites
  •  Carrying out installations & remedial works.
  •  Emergency light testing and repairs
  •  Electrical troubleshooting
  •  Replace tubes, lamps, ballasts and lamp fittings
  •  Carry out minor adaptations to the environment, i.e. putting up shelves, notice boards etc
  •  Minor decoration and refurbishment
  •  Unblock sinks, toilets and drains as required
  •  Repair leaks, fit new tap washers, repair ballcocks etc
  •  Light Plumbing installations as required
  •  Adjust doors, tighten hinges, change or fit locks and door closures
  •  AC & AHU maintenance duties including cleaning, filters & drive belts.
  •  Water Hygiene to L8 (ACOP) standards
  •  General Maintenance Person Duties
  • Proficient use of mobile working solutions and Office based programmes / spreadsheets
