R13 are pleased to be supporting a well-known Norfolk business in their search for a Logistics Administrator. The purpose of this role will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the logistics function of the business.

This is a full time, permanent position based in Snetterton, working Monday to Friday. This role is offering £25,000.

The day to day:

  • Providing administrative support to the logistics function of the business, ensuring reports and documentation is kept up to date and is accurately stored.
  • Managing the creation and distribution of PO’s for external suppliers.
  • Analysing and producing cost reports, and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Arranging transportation and resources for multiple teams.
  • Completing any other ad hoc tasks as required.

You will have/be:

  • Ideally educated to a degree level.
  • Strong administrative experience, with a good eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Analytical and proactive approach.
  • Good IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
