Sales Team Manager – £30k basic OTE Circa £50kBased in Huddersfield, West YorkshireWe are looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to head up a telephone-based sales account management team within our head office in Huddersfield.You will be motivating and driving performance within a team of high performing, B2B Sales Account Managers responsible for growing/maintaining and ultimately increasing spend within their account base.We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager who is passionate about coaching and developing sales staff. You will have demonstrable experience of increasing performance through coaching, nurturing and developing salespeople to achieve more.
