My client…is a fast-growing summits business working across the Finance space, through growth a role has arisen for someone to head up the content side of the business whilst managing minimum one Conference Producer, the role is remote with flexible hours.


The Role…As the Head of Content, you will play a pivotalrole in shaping the client’s portfolio and driving strategic growth. Your primary responsibilities will encompass identifying market gaps, orchestrating event production, and spearheading expansioninto new geographical regions. You will be at the forefront of our portfolio's strategic growth plan, defining the vision for each event and contributing to the overarching vision for the entire portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Insight and Gap Identification:

Conduct in-depthmarket research to identify emergingtrends and opportunities.

Assess market gaps and select compelling new topics for events.

Stay abreast of industrydevelopments to ensurethe portfolio remainscutting-edge.

Event Production and Expansion:

Lead the end-to-end event production process,from conceptualization to execution.

Strategically expandour conference offerings into new geographies and markets.

Collaborate closelywith cross-functional teams to ensureseamless event delivery.

Strategic Growthand Vision:

Contribute significantly to the strategic growth plan for our portfolio.

Define the vision for each event within the portfolio, ensuringalignment with companygoals.

Play a central role in shapingthe overarching visionfor our conference portfolio.

Innovative Event Delivery:

Drive innovation in event designand delivery to maintain our competitive edge.

Continuously improveand enhance the attendee experience.

Implement best practices and new technologies to create exceptional events.

Content Development and Marketing:

Research and understand our target market'sneeds, preferences, and pain points.

Create compelling event programsand captivating web and marketingcopy to attract attendees.

Generate leadsand nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in conference production, with a trackrecord of successful content development and event production – ideally 5 years +

Exceptional market research and analysis skills.

Strong strategic thinking and vision-setting abilities.

Innovative mindsetwith a passion for delivering outstanding events.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Collaborative spiritand the abilityto work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Results-driven mindsetwith a focus on achievingcommercial success.
