With amazing training resources and support from both managers and colleagues there is always an opportunity to develop and grow.What will I be doingAssist the Front Office Manager to oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standardsAssist the Front Office Manager to evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvementEnsure regular and VIP Guests are recognised and that the Front Office department operates with a sales attitude and promotes the hotel brands loyalty schemeMaximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilitiesAssist the Front Office Manager with setting departmental objectives work schedules budgets policies and proceduresMonitor the appearance standards and performance of the Front Office Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamworkEnsure Team Members have current knowledge of hotel products services pricing and policies as well as knowledge of the local area and are continuously trained to learn and understand policies and practicesMonitor staffing levels to meet cover business demandsAssist the Front Office Manager with staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and proceduresAssist the Front Office Manager with recruiting managing training and developing the Front Office teamWhat are we looking forPrevious supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retailExcellent leadership interpersonal and communication skillsAccountable and resilientCommitment to delivering a high level of customer serviceAbility to work under pressureExcellent grooming standardsFlexibility to respond to a variety of work situationsAbility to work on your own and as part of a teamEVERY JOB MAKES THE STAY.At Hilton It Matters Where You Stay but The Stay is only one side of the story.We know it takes hundreds of jobs to create unforgettable experiences for our guests and behind every job theres an extraordinary person working to make each Stay magical.
