Vacancy Details

One of the top Insurance Broking houses in the UK are looking to expand their Croydon team and have a position available for a Senior Motor Account Handler.

Working on Commercial Motor, Taxi, Haulage and Fleet policies you will be responsible for administering policies at renewal stage and managing all MTA requests efficiently via the use of Acturis and manual market presentations.

You will be required to provide a quality, market leading service to your clients, ensuring a positive experience as they will be relying on you as their broker to determine appropriate solutions and prices that meet their individual needs.

Please note although this isn't a call centre operation, it can at times be fast paced and high volume so it would suit an individual that can manage their workloads and work under pressure when required.

In return for your hard work, this employer will create a personal development plan for you to progress your career, where promotions are visible. Our client will also support you on your professional study journey to complete your Cert CII.

Experience Required

Motor/Wheels based policy broking experience in any of the following lines - Private, Taxi, Fleet, Haulage

Success in meeting and exceeding renewal retention targets

Good knowledge of Motor Insurance markets

Acturis trained advantageous, however training will be provided

Be able to demonstrate capabilities in providing excellent levels of service at all times and working to high volumes
