This position is critical to ensuring compliance with statutory obligations while fostering collaborative relationships that deliver positive outcomes for the organisation.Key Responsibilities will include:Managing complaints on behalf of the client from beginning to end.Managing standard complaints administration tasks. This will include triaging complaints, recording complaints, giving advice to the team, wider colleagues and public, and helping with responses where required.
