As part of our dedicated housing team you will support residents aged 18 living in temporary supported accommodation.Your role will involve helping clients adjust to their accommodation develop life skills and work towards independent living. Youll collaborate with external services to identify suitable move-on options and ensure wrap-around 24-hour support is provided to meet individual needs.You will manage an allocated caseload of residents meeting regularly on a one-to-one basis to provide person-centred support and ensure their progress is reviewed and recorded.Key Responsibilities Provide practical and emotional support to vulnerable adults with varying needs. Develop and deliver tailored individual support plans to help residents achieve their goals. Work closely with partner agencies to coordinate holistic support and move-on plans. Support residents with budgeting managing benefits (including housing benefit and Universal Credit) and accessing community services. Encourage and promote responsibility for maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Assist clients to attend appointments interviews and other key activities. Contribute positively to team meetings shift handovers and service development.You will bring Experience supporting vulnerable adults ideally within a supported housing or related setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships. A proactive flexible approach and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
