Customer Retention Coordinator

Salary: £28,500 per annum.

Monday - Friday, office hours. No weekends.

Kettering. Office based.

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Kettering. Our client has a global brand, a world class reputation and even product placement in Blockbuster films

Alongside our client’s product, they sell a subscription service which their customers will sign up to and pay monthly. The purpose of your role is supporting our client’s Software Subscription customer base of over 12,000 with a focus on maximising retention of customers.

"This will involve a high volume of calls (inbound and outbound), handling difficult conversations with customers, trying to retain customers and payments for the software. The ideal candidate will be a focused individual, with good organisational and prioritising skills with the ability to report back to the business."

Responsibilities and duties of Customer Retention Coordinator:

  • You will aim to deliver a robust retention program monitored on a monthly basis in line with corporate expectations
  • Look to resolve any complaints in a customer focused manner
  • Outbound and Inbound communication & initiatives relating specifically to retention activity and direct customer contact
  • Engaging key stakeholders in growth and retention initiatives
  • Working with, and coordinating, the field based support managers in retention support & training requirements
  • Creation and distribution of thorough and precise reporting as it relates to: Retention, Churn & Cancelations of customer base across all products
  • Involved in setting annual operating plan focussing on new subscriptions & cancels
  • Coordination and implementation of End of Update strategies
  • Participation in business group level planning workshops
  • Participation will be required in project groups relating to software/diagnostic platforms
  • Creating and maintaining thorough procedure documents
  • Accurately recording all customer interactions on company’s CRM system.
