Agenda Partnership are recruiting for a Retention Co-ordinator to actively work within the retention team, supporting customers within their portfolio.
This person will be responsible for developing retention & loyalty programs, ensuring high quality customer service, and working with new and existing customer promotions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Retain and develop customers
- Look to resolve any complaints in a customer focused manner
- Outbound and Inbound communication & initiatives relating specifically to retention activity and direct customer contact
- Email communication with internal and external customers
- Setting annual operating plan focussing on new subscriptions & cancels
- Coordinate and implement retention strategies
- Providing oversight of the portfolio through regular engagement with the senior leadership teams
The skills we are looking for:
- Experience working within Retentions, Complaints Handling or Customer Services environment
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong both written and verbally
- Very good negotiation skills
- Has excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
