As a Homeowner Compliance Administrator at Hyde, you will be working within the Home Ownership Team (HOT) to assist and provide a high-quality and comprehensive support service, specialising in Homeowner frameworks, legislative requirements, and financial activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming correspondence to HOT, ensuring accurate recording and appropriate responses in line with procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for data entry, monitoring Homeowner information, and implementing system adjustments.
  • Generate key performance indicators for the Home Ownership Management Team (HOMT) as required for reporting purposes.
  • Oversee HOT income management, including payment processing, banking, and team income reconciliation.
  • Maximise HOT income, ensuring proper allocation and minimising spend.
  • Contribute to the review of HOT management procedures and provide additional support and training to team members.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong administrative or office coordination experience.
  • Experience or interest in property or homeowner compliance.
  • Proficiency in managing incoming correspondence and data entry.
  • Financial management skills, including reconciliation and payment processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to generate reports and handle system adjustments.
