Our travel industry supplier client has built their reputation on the delivery of global customer excellence. Their team works to the highest possible standards, ensuring a client focussed approach within the global corporate travel industry.


They need an exceptional Head of Corporate Sales to join them, with the successful candidate managing the successful delivery of the sales budget, whilst also sourcing, managing and converting leads across B2B and B2C channels on a global basis.


This is a key position within the Company and the role will require regular travel throughout EMEA and occasionally further afield.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring budgets are met and team performance is managed appropriately
  • Lead the RFI, RFP process, working across departments to ensure information is collated and submitted in line with client expectations
  • Upsell products across global platforms and service lines; carry out regular competitor analysis; attend trade shows & exhibitions; and identify opportunities for new business
  • Manage new clients through each of the different qualifying stages from initial enquiry through to implementation/go live
  • Create and deliver client presentations


Skills and experience:

  • 5+ years travel industry corporate sales experience
  • 3+ years experience in motivating and leading a team of sales professionals
  • Willingness to challenge and put new ideas across
  • Leadership and self-awareness, ability to gain respect and attention
  • Critical thinking, creativity and strategic awareness
  • Confident face to face sales approach
  • Business acumen, ability to identify new business opportunities and deliver on them
  • Tenacity and drive to succeed
  • YoY ability to exceed budgeted sales targets


This is a UK based remote role, although ideally based South.


Excellent £££ package including generous commission and benefits.
