The company operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting sustainable energy infrastructure while fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking culture.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, persuasive bids, tenders, and proposals that showcase the company’s capabilities and help win new business. Working closely with technical teams and senior management, you’ll turn complex information into clear, compelling submissions - supporting the business’s ambitious growth plans.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite, edit, and coordinate professional bids, proposals, and tender documentsIdentify and manage opportunities through public procurement portalsCollaborate with technical and commercial teams to gather and refine bid contentTailor proposals to specific client requirements and project scopesManage multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy and attention to detailMaintain a central library of standard responses and supporting documentsSupport the creation of case studies and marketing contentReview and refine bid processes to improve success ratesAbout You2–3 years’ experience in bid writing, proposals, or tender coordination, ideally within construction, utilities, or energyStrong written and verbal communication skills — able to present complex ideas simplyExcellent organisation, time management, and attention to detailConfident working to tight deadlines and across multiple projectsFamiliarity with public and private sector tender processesSkilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Why Apply?This is a unique opportunity to join a young, well-funded business at an exciting stage of growth - where your ideas and input will make a real difference.
