FP&A Analyst

Your responsibilities will include the preparation and analysis of consolidated results for board reporting and budget packs. Youll provide business partnering support to stakeholders across the business to manage headcount  staff costs and corporate spend. You will also support cashflow modelling initiatives and have involvement in M&A activities. If you enjoy turning complex data into clear actionable insights and collaborating across teams to support strategic decision-making wed love to hear from you.Youll receive a competitive salary a performance related bonus and a range of benefits to support you across your financial physical and mental wellbeing.This is some of what you can expect to be doing:Work closely with business stakeholders to manage headcount staff costs and divisional spend ensuring smooth and efficient operationsPrepare and analyse consolidated results for board reporting and budget packs showcasing your financial insights and expertiseWork closely with other Finance colleagues to consolidate forecasts into a single set of results ensuring variances are understood and outputs are communicated appropriatelySupport cashflow modelling initiatives and monitoring of key KPIs helping the business stay on track financiallyProduce financial models and be responsible for tracking the performance of all M&A activities contributing to strategic decision makingWhat youll bring to the roleYoull need to be a qualified accountant with strong finance experience exceptional Excel modelling skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively in a dynamic fast paced environment.Exceptional Excel modelling skills to build robust and scalable spreadsheets making data work for you (XLOOKUP SUMIF INDEX MATCH) Excellent influencing skills to manage relationships at all levels ensuring smooth collaboration and communicationA critical eye for detail to quickly identify key issues and provide high quality financial insights beyond standard reportingThe ability to juggle conflicting priorities manage expectations and thrive in a fast paced ever changing environmentA qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) ready to bring your financial insights to the tableDiversity Inclusion & BelongingWere a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality.
