  • Social Media Management: Manage our Instagram account by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics. Develop strategies to grow our social media presence and drive traffic to our podcast and other offerings.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, and promotional content, ensuring all communications align with our brand voice.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and podcast listenership. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Business Operations and Administrative Support:

  • Website and Content Management: Update and manage the company website, ensuring content is current and engaging.
  • Outreach and Network Engagement: Coordinate weekly outreach and marketing activities to our members’ network, working closely with the team to drive engagement.
  • External Partnerships: Liaise with external creative teams and partners to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Office Management: Handle general office management tasks, including organising and scheduling meetings, aiding with travel arrangements, and managing the CEO’s diary and movements.
  • Client and Candidate Coordination: Organise and schedule meetings with clients and candidates, including booking travel arrangements and managing logistics.

Leadership Diagnostics:

  • Tool Personalisation: Edit and personalise diagnostic tools for each client to ensure tailored assessments.
  • Online Form Creation: Create and manage online forms, ensuring timely completion by the team.
  • Data Management: Create and maintain scoring Excel charts for final reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Assessment Coordination: Set up initial calls and one-on-one assessment and feedback sessions, translating findings into clear and concise reports.

Executive Search Support:

  • Report Creation: Organise and create detailed reports and presentations for client updates and candidate assessments.
  • Meeting Coordination: Set up update calls and candidate interviews, assisting with candidate qualification calls.
  • Proofreading: Proofread briefs and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Database Management: Ensure the client and candidate database is kept up to date, assisting with data entry and maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 12-18 months of experience in marketing, business operations, or a related field. Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages.
    • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
    • Basic understanding of podcast production and promotion processes (good to have/not essential).
    • Familiarity with social media management, particularly Instagram.
    • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva/other related tools.
    • Ability to analyse data and generate insights to inform marketing and business strategies.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
