The Account Manager Role:
As part of our continued growth, we are hiring for a newly created Account Manager position based out of our Tunbridge Wells office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager / Sales Professional to join a very reputable and well-established business with a strong culture-first team dynamic.
As Account Manager, you will bring your own experience and ideas to the role to help create a sustainable account management framework for client success.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying strategic business opportunities within existing accounts where CCL Academy can add further value to the client
- Strengthening and deepening existing client relationships to ensure CCL Academy is the client’s go-to choice for compliance training
- Proactively developing accounts to ensure commercial opportunities are maximised through both up-selling and cross-selling
- Achieving sales growth targets across your portfolio of accounts
- Developing and executing account plans for a broad range of client profiles
- Collaborating internally with colleagues to identify opportunities for broader wins across the business
- Developing your knowledge and understanding of compliance for financial services firms
Experience required:
- A proven track record in sales-led account management
- Sales experience within financial services, SaaS, compliance or learning solutions
- A willingness and capability to develop a deep understanding of compliance for the financial services industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of sales methodologies
- The right to work in the UK without Visa support
