Job Description:


The role of an Integrity Compliance Regulatory Reporting Manager involves a broad set of responsibilities aimed at ensuring that an organization operates within legal and regulatory requirements while upholding ethical standards and managing risks effectively. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities:


Core Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the scope of GRC-related projects
  • Develop, execute, and oversee project plans to support program objectives.
  • Prioritize goals and translate stakeholders' needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Lead risk and compliance activities such as risk assessments, regulatory responses, control design, issue management, and audits.
  • Design and implement compliance frameworks, tooling systems, and transparency reporting mechanisms.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in integrity issues, acting as a liaison between GRC, legal, regulatory offices, and business teams.
  • Develop and maintain risk and compliance infrastructure, including operating models, risk registers, control frameworks, and reporting guidelines.
  • Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and is properly archived.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes that impact the company and translate these changes into actionable project plans.
  • Ensure that the organization remains compliant with all applicable regulations.
  • Establish effective communication channels with Integrity stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and timely project completion.
  • Create and facilitate presentations to communicate project statuses and influence decision-making.
  • Monitor key program metrics, identify critical deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes, suggesting improvements to support scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive impactful projects.
  • Ensure adherence to standards necessary for legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and present information to management to aid in decision-making.
  • Travel as needed (up to 10%) to support business activities.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in areas such as trust and safety, content policy, transparency reporting, governance, compliance, or risk management.
  • Experience in Integrity or Trust and Safety practices, with 3+ years in program management in a corporate environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with risk assessments, transparency reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong experience working in a corporate environment that is subject to federal or industry-wide audits.
  • Knowledge of global content regulations, content moderation, and internet trust and safety practices.
  • Background in tech, financial services, consulting, or related industries, with experience in information security or cybersecurity.
