Who are you?


Reporting into the Chief Transformation Officer, your journey will involve fostering positive employee relations, implementing People initiatives, and ensuring alignment between Veezu’s objectives and People strategies.


Responsibilities.


  • Analyse regional trends and metrics in partnership with the broader People Organisation to develop solutions, programs, and policies to improve the People Organisation’s contribution to Veezu’s goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters including leveling and team structure, coaching and feedback, employee relations, performance management, compensation bench-marking and benefits.
  • Lead our team of People Partners, Advisors and Coordinators, continually upskilling and coaching them to help them achieve business goals.
  • Develop and analyse key People metrics to identify trends, recommend proactive solutions, and support effective decision-making.
  • Support with the delivery of the People Strategy and change management initiatives across the business.
  • Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.
