If so, we want you to join our client's team as a Payroll Administrator at a leading multinational finance company on a 12-month fixed-term contract


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update payroll records
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a payroll position
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, laws, and regulations
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
