Are you a senior marketing technology strategist who enjoys turning plans into reality? Would you like to work with global clients in an international, award-winning company? Are you eager to develop your skills together with a team of highly skilled marketing professionals? If this sparks your interest, you could be the one we are looking for.
With us, you would get to use your marketing technology skills to create and execute long-term technical development plans and strategic CRM automations for international clients. To be successful, you need an understanding of the client’s yearly planning, business objectives and technical constraints. You should have experience in various technologies, especially the ecosystems of Salesforce and our other partners, including Adobe, Oracle Eloqua and HubSpot. Your work would include both strategic planning and hands-on implementation. You would also help clients find suitable new technologies for their business needs and ensure they make the most of those technologies. However, what matters most is your willingness to jump into something new and keep learning
Qualifications that ensure your success:
· At least 3 years of experience in marketing technology, specifically marketing automation tools, building and implementing campaigns, processes automations, and understanding the possibilities of different Marketing technologies and tools
· Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Klaviyo, Emarsys experience
· Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and current technical maturity, provide strategic guidance and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
· Understanding marketing processes in an eCommerce context and ability to plan them
· Knowing how to structure your ideas into understandable project proposals and communicate them in writing and verbally
· Time and project management skills that enable working in multiple projects simultaneously without compromising accuracy or quality
· Experience in team leadership and client strategic steering
· Willingness and know-how to work in a fast-paced environment with an international client base
· Affinity to work with data and business metrics
· Desire to develop your skills and take on new challenges
Additional nice-to-have qualifications:
· Experience in other marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Braze, Oracle Eloqua
· Knowledge of HTML, SQL and AMP script
· Knowledge of digital marketing in paid media channels
· Involvement in marketing automation platform onboarding projects
