Since 2011, Granger & Co. has been bringing the best of Australian spirit in food and service to the London hospitality scene. Who you are:

A passionate approachable individual with at least two years of experience as a Head Chef in a fast paced, premium casual dining kitchen.

Someone who can organise themselves and their team on a demanding busy shift

An inspiring individual who raises the bar in delivering beautiful food to our guests

A little about the role:

You will be heading up our talented kitchen team and leading training for the whole restaurant in season menu changes

Managing the rota, controlling food costs, delivering fresh and healthy food

Building, leading and motivating a kitchen brigade of 14 chefs
