We're recruiting for an experienced Service Manager for a supported living service in Radlett, Hertfordshire. This pivotal role involves leading a team supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, ensuring high standards of care, and managing the transition from inpatient care to a supported living model.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team in a medium to large supported living setting.
- Oversee the transition process for individuals with complex needs.
- Ensure compliance with legal frameworks (e.g., DoLS).
- Manage budgets and maintain financial viability.
- Provide practice leadership to develop and align best practices within the team.
- Be part of an on-call rota.
What we're looking for:
- Experience managing supported living or residential services.
- A background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legal frameworks (e.g., DoLS, best interest requirements).
- NVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 5 (or willingness to obtain).
- Full UK driving licence.
