  • Sub-Contractor Ledger: Setting up & verifying subcontractors at HMRC and Redsky, processing & recording invoices, making weekly payments, and running off monthly CIS reports.
  • Sales Ledger/Contract Ledger: Setting up new contracts & creating files, entering weekly cash, creating sales invoices & credit notes, producing monthly reports.
  • Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable Duties: Setting up suppliers, posting invoices, producing monthly payment reports, and dealing with queries.
  • Month End: Producing reports for sales, contract, general & purchase ledger.

Adhoc Duties:

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Managing emails
  • Handling petty cash
  • Ordering stationery and canteen supplies
  • Booking accommodation
  • Filing, post & photocopying

What you'll need to succeed

  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience with working in purchase Ledger and Administration
  • Great organisational skills
  • Team player
