Reed Accountancy are supporting our Coventry based client with the recruitment of a Finance Assistant to join their friendly teams. The role will be reporting into the Finance Manager.

Finance Assistant is full time and permanent and office based. 

Main Duties

Purchase Ledger – matching, coding and processing invoices

Query Resolution

Cash Book

Credit Control – setting up new client accounts, credit checking, aged debt collection, instigating legal if required, aged debt reporting.

Assisting with audit.

This role is easily accessible on public transport from across the city and within easy commutable distance from Leamington, Warwick, Coventry, Rugby and surrounding areas.
