Role Description
- They are currently seeking a talented and accomplished Employment Partner to join the dynamic team in London.
- This is a rare opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take on a leadership role within the esteemed firm and play a pivotal role in driving our employment law practice forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the employment law department, overseeing a team of associates and paralegals to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to employment contracts, discrimination, disciplinary actions, grievances, and termination issues.
- Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
- Stay abreast of developments in employment law and proactively advise clients on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience (8+ years) practicing employment law in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex employment law matters and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales is required.
Salary is dependant on experience
