The firm is seeking a visionary leader to shape the department's trajectory alongside other esteemed partners.
The role
The firm is seeking to hire a new Employment Partner, to join their leading department, based in the West End of London.
Broad Caseload Management: The department works with many household names and well-known public figures, but they also work with smaller and large publishers, hospitality, media, technology companies, app developers, OMB businesses, and foreign companies that are coming to London to set up shop.
You will deal with both contentious and non-contentious employment work, both for companies and individuals. The caseload will include but not be limited to; Settlement agreements, dismissals, restrictive covenants, senior executive, discrimination, disciplinary, restructuring, TUPE and corporate support.
Strategic Leadership: You will work with the other partners to develop and implement the departments strategic plans and initiatives, contributing to the firm's overarching growth plan. You will work closely with the corporate department.
Client Development and Acquisition: You will lead the way in acquiring and fostering key client relationships, driving the department and firm's success.
Mentorship and Development: Be a mentor and guide to our junior team members, contributing to their professional growth.
Dynamic Leadership Culture: Work collaboratively with a forward-thinking leadership team committed to innovation and success.

Requirements
You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)You will be commercially minded and have had experience developing business relationshipsExperience in mentoring and developing more junior colleagues is to advantage but not essentialPackage is competitive and dependent on your background Call or apply now to find out more about this Employment Partner role based in the West End of London.
