Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for driving revenue and building long-term client relationships?We have an exceptional opportunity for an Account Executive to join a leading organisation in the Commercial insurance industry.Inheriting a book of business from someone who is able to pass these over to you so not going to be under attack in 12 months time.... In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients, developing strategic account plans, and driving revenue growth.As a key player in our sales team, you will leverage your expertise to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships. What sets this opportunity apart is the highly attractive Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) in place.Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded not only through competitive base salary but also through a lucrative LTIP, designed to align your success with the company's overall performance.
